GREG BOEHM
After over 30 years of success with Boehm Design Associates and his talented brother Don, he saw an opportunity to focus on Custom Development. Coastal Circle is one of Greg's new ventures, this time it is with his son Brandon. The focus on Custom Development caters to the home buyer that would like the quality and design details of a custom home, but does not have 2-3 years for the time it takes to build their own custom home.
Similar to his business with Don at Boehm Design, Greg’s new company, Coastal Circle, focuses on the details. Picking quality properties, designing the best possible house for the property, and working with the team to help create the vision for each home.
Greg has been in the Custom & Spec Construction Business since college, and has watched the business grow in Seattle over the years. He has been fortunate to be able to work with top notch businesses that take pride in their work. His team helps make managing Coastal Circle and Boehm Design Associates possible.
JULIE BOEHM
Coastal Circle is a personal passion for Julie. Her career in Fashion Design and Product Development provided a natural transition to Interiors and Construction. With 30 years of experience in project management and coordination, Julie has the skills that make the construction process seem simple.
After several years of assisting Boehm Design Associates with their custom projects and specifications, Julie was ready to expand to a larger scope of work. She monitors trends in the design world and works with the team to build a product that is current, while selecting elements that can stand the test of time. Her motto is, "light fixtures and cabinet pulls are the jewelry - they can be easily be changed and updated with time - however, the home canvas needs to be timeless and elegant."
Julie loves fabric, texture, and design - her skills gained in fashion carry over to her love of home design. She has vision for the final product, all the way down to the most minute detail. It is in trying to figure out how all the pieces are going to come together to make it look seamless that she is in her element. When a home is pre-sold, the buyer will work with Julie to create their own personal home, suitable for their taste and lifestyle.
BRANDON BOEHM
While studying at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo to be an architect, Brandon created the working architectural drawings for Boehm Design Associates, under the direction of Don Boehm. He was able to learn from Don about the importance of designing a space from the inside out, wide stairs for easy moving, rooms with flow for living and more. While mastering his Revit skills at university, he was staying well ahead of his class with real-life, on the job training.
After graduating Brandon worked under the skillful eyes and coaching of Vince Ferrese, at Encore Architects in Seattle. After focusing on multi-family, he decided that he wanted to return to residential architecture and eventually become a developer.
In the past several years, he has been building the architectural plans for each project and permitting them in the City of Seattle. He works closely with the structural engineer to build homes that are architecturally functional and structurally sound. Brandon has ample experience onsite as well, making his designs attainable and realistic for the build team and the end home-owner.
